Covid Update: July 2021

Public worship

We are happy to once again welcome visitors to our daily Eucharist, None or Vespers. However, in order to maintain a safe environment for everyone spaces are limited. To book a place for the week ahead please ring the monastery (01905 345900) on Saturdays between the hours of 9.30am and 11.30am. So for example, if you’d like to attend a Sunday Eucharist please ring on the Saturday immediately before it.

After the 19 July we will continue to ask visitors to the monastery to wear face masks, sanitise their hands, and maintain social distancing.

Retreats

We regret that the guesthouse is now fully booked until the end of the year. This is due to restrictions on the number of overnight guests we can safely accommodate. Do keep checking this page as more rooms may become available in the near future. Alternatively add your name to our guesthouse mailing list by contacting the Guest Brother at bookings@mucknellabbey.org.uk.

We are taking bookings for 2022.

Quiet Days

There are still a number of Quiet Days available throughout the remainder of the year. Email bookings@mucknellabbey.org.uk to enquire about availability.
