Covid Update: March 2022

Public worship

We are happy to once again welcome visitors to our daily Eucharist, None or Vespers. No prior notice or booking is necessary.

We are now offering communion in both kinds, but if you would prefer not to drink or intinct from the chalice then please feel free to do so.

We continue to ask visitors to sanitise their hands on arrival at the monastery.

There is no longer a requirement to wear face coverings, but again please feel free to do so.

Retreats

We still ask residential guests to take a lateral flow test before arrival at the monastery. Please feel free to deduct the cost of this from any donation you might make.

At mealtimes guests remain seated at a separate table in the refectory and there is a self-service arrangement for both lunch and supper. This will be reviewed again after Easter.

From Easter we will be making all the rooms in the Guesthouse available for booking. Until then we continue to restrict the number of guests we have at any one time.
